QC Process

Raw material testing: Each stainless steel pipe has a quality inspection certificate

All cup bodies will undergo automated inspection and manual inspection to ensure the welding is up to standard.

All cups need to go through 8 rounds of polishing, followed by an inspection by a specialist to ensure they meet the required standards. If they do not pass the inspection, they need to be polished again and rechecked.

All cups must be inspected by a specialist after vacuum sealing. If they do not meet the standards, they need to be vacuum sealed again and rechecked.

All cups need to undergo a manual inspection for quality after painting. Those that do not meet the standards will be selected for paint removal, repainted, and then inspected again.

Before packaging, each cup must undergo a final manual inspection to ensure that the color and logo are correct, and only then can they be packaged.
07
Before shipping, a packaging inspection must be conducted to ensure that the boxes are secure and undamaged.
